Security Assessments
This service is for the home owner who wishes to know the physical security vulnerabilities that exist at their home, and any possible solutions to either reduce or eliminate these vulnerabilities. This assessment will involve a comprehensive evaluation of your home, yard and if possible, your neighborhood.
After the evaluation, and the programs and equipment have been identified and assessed, a simple to read report will be written and two copies will be given to the home owner, or to a designated person. This report will list current programs and equipment that exists, any found vulnerabilities and possible solutions to reduce or eliminate these vulnerabilities.
Upon receipt of this report, a brief meeting, followed by a walk through to verbally explain these vulnerabilities and the possible solutions will take place with the home owner or with a designated person. This assessment will include:

‣Perimeter and Exterior protection (fences, walls, doors and windows).

‣Interior protection (walls, doors, windows).

‣High value areas.

‣Key control.
-
‣Electronic security devices (security alarm, CCTV, card access, etc.).

‣Fire protection.
-
‣Emergency preparedness.

‣Safety and medical devices.
Cost: $150
This cost includes 6 hours of assessment and computer time. Additional time may be needed for larger or more complex homes. Additional time will be billed at $20 an hour.
