This course is for the student that has little experience with a shotgun, or is looking to enhance those skills already learned. This course is a one day and is designed to introduce the student to the fundamentals of firing a shotgun, and the use of a shotgun as a personal defensive tool in their home. Topics include:

‣After action assessments.

‣Barricades and the use of Cover and Concealment.

‣Shooting positions, regular and realistic.

‣Basic Close Quarter engagements.

‣Multiple targets.
-
‣Verbal commands.
-
‣Shotgun retention and disarming techniques.
200 rounds of quality shotgun ammunition will be required for this course. (100 Slug, 100 Buck Shot). Additional rounds can be fired during the course if you wish. If you bring more and time allows, you can shoot more.
